Collier brings more than three decades of leadership experience across the health and life sciences sector, with deep expertise in digital transformation, global strategy, and operational scale. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of TOBY Oncology, where he is leading the development and commercialization of an AI-driven diagnostic solution focused on early-stage, multi-cancer detection using volatile organic compound analysis.
Before joining TOBY Oncology, Collier served as President and Chief Commercial Officer of Otonoma, where he helped secure major global partnerships and advance distributed intelligence technologies. Earlier in his career, as CEO of Sutherland Health Solutions, he successfully returned the company to growth, launched multiple digital platforms, and played a key role in generating more than $200 million in new private equity investment.
Collier has also held senior leadership positions as Global Healthcare Strategy Lead at Accenture and as a Partner at Bain & Company, where he helped build the firm’s global medtech practice. He has served as CEO of both Avocet Medical and Satiety and has raised nearly $1 billion in private equity and venture capital funding over the course of his career. He holds a Master of Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
