Stover brings more than two decades of experience leading global professional services and customer success teams in complex enterprise technology environments. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled high-performing teams, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened customer outcomes through disciplined execution and data-driven decision-making.
At KlariVis, Stover will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s overall client experience strategy. His responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and training programs, serving as an executive sponsor for key client relationships, and working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure customers consistently realize measurable value from the KlariVis platform. His leadership will support KlariVis’ mission to help community financial institutions turn complex data into actionable insights that drive better decisions.

Stover said he is excited to join a company that is addressing a critical challenge for financial institutions by making data more accessible and useful. He noted that his priority will be building scalable client experience practices that foster long-term partnerships and deliver clear, outcome-driven results.
Before joining KlariVis, Stover held senior leadership roles at GE Digital and GE Vernova, where he led professional services and customer success organizations across North and South America as well as international markets. His background includes managing large-scale technology implementations, overseeing profit and loss responsibilities, and applying Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, project profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Kim Snyder, CEO and Founder of KlariVis, said Stover’s operational discipline and client-first mindset make him a strong addition to the leadership team. She emphasized that his experience building and scaling client success organizations aligns closely with KlariVis’ growth trajectory and its commitment to delivering a consistent, high-impact experience for every client.
Stover holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Averett University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Radford University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
