CSI Unveils New Leadership and Operating Model for 2026

CSI, a leading provider of end-to-end financial technology, announced a strategic reorganization and a series of senior leadership appointments designed to accelerate innovation and improve service delivery for banks and credit unions nationwide. The new structure introduces a general manager–led operating model that gives division leaders full accountability for product strategy and execution, enabling faster development cycles and strengthened alignment across CSI and its recent acquisitions.

The company will now operate through two primary business units: Enterprise Core Banking Solutions and Digital Engagement Solutions. Enterprise Core Banking Solutions encompasses CSI’s foundational banking capabilities, including core banking, payments, financial crimes, managed services and security technologies that support the operational backbone of U.S. financial institutions. Digital Engagement Solutions brings together CSI Digital Banking with its acquired companies—Apiture, Hawthorn River and Velocity Solutions—to deliver digital banking, customer acquisition and lending capabilities that drive account holder engagement regardless of a financial institution’s core system.

CSI President and CEO Nancy Langer noted that financial institutions increasingly expect technology partners to sit at the center of the customer relationship. She explained that the model is designed to help banks and credit unions strengthen their digital capabilities and deliver consistent, modern experiences to consumers and businesses. The new operating model comes as CSI expands its leadership bench, adds new roles and integrates product teams more closely across recently acquired businesses.

The company is also planning to appoint a new chief information and technology officer next year and has named interim leaders to oversee architecture, security and platform operations as CSI modernizes its technology stack.
