Bitpanda Technology Solutions (BTS), a global leader in regulated digital asset infrastructure, has appointed Jessica Wu to spearhead its expansion across the Asia-Pacific region as part of its broader global growth strategy. The move comes after strong growth in Europe and the UAE and a successful rollout in Latin America earlier this year, positioning BTS to meet rising institutional demand across APAC.

Wu, who has led digital-asset initiatives across Asia, Europe and the United States, will serve as Head of APAC. In this role, she will drive strategy, build regional partnerships and support institutional adoption of tokenized assets and digital-finance capabilities across the region.

Her appointment underscores BTS’s long-term commitment to APAC, one of the world’s fastest-growing hubs for financial innovation. Wu said the aim is to empower institutions with trusted, regulatory-first technology that enables them to scale safely while maintaining compliance.

Over her career, Wu has worked at the intersection of traditional finance and digital innovation, leading initiatives for financial institutions and high-growth fintechs. Her experience gives her a global perspective on how institutions can deploy next-generation financial infrastructure without compromising trust, compliance or operational resilience.

BTS already works with leading financial institutions across Europe, MENA and LATAM through a modular, regulation-first infrastructure that supports MiCA, FCA and VARA frameworks. Existing partners include N26, RAKBANK, LBBW, Raiffeisenlandesbank and Onda Finance.

In APAC, BTS will support banks, brokers and fintechs as they integrate digital-asset infrastructure into existing systems, helping bridge traditional finance with the future of digital assets across the region.
