HRD Canada Announces Propel As Top Employer

Propel Holdings Inc., a forward-thinking fintech firm committed to credit inclusion, is pleased to announce that Human Resources Director (HRD) Canada has named it one of Canada’s Best Places to Work.

The award, which honors Canada’s finest employers, is selected by a thorough submission and a staff poll that directly queries workers about the state of their workplace. Employee engagement, average staff tenure, remuneration and benefits, health and wellness initiatives, diversity initiatives, company culture, awards and recognition, and professional development are just a few of the variables examined in the submission and survey.

Propel, a firm with headquarters in Toronto and Winnipeg, was established in 2011 with the goal of creating a world-class organization committed to credit inclusion through talent and technology that is at the forefront of its field. The four co-founders of Propel have been with the business since the beginning, advocating the corporate culture as it attracted more than 400 staff members.

“At Propel, we have a fantastic entrepreneurial culture. Our employees propel growth, create new possibilities, and keep us moving forward. We encourage talent within our organization to reward these traits, and the great majority of our leadership has been elevated from within.” According to Cindy Usprech, vice president for people and culture, “This award is tribute to the extraordinary culture we have developed and continue to foster.”

Clive Kinross, CEO officially stated, “By hiring the top individuals and fostering an amazing corporate culture, propel has become one of North America’s financial technology firms with one of the fastest growing revenue streams. This culture results from a strong dedication to our core principles, which serve as the inspiration for all we do and especially how we treat one another. I’m incredibly pleased of what we’ve accomplished, and I want to thank everyone at Propel for helping to formally recognize us as one of Canada’s Best Places to Work.”
