Pioneering acquisition set to put Australian spend management platform on the global
map as part of its first step towards global expansion
Unified spend management platform ProSpend announced it has been acquired by ISH, a UK-based software group. The partnership is a deliberate step in Aussie-founded ProSpend’s long-held ambition to expand into global markets, while continuing to build local, practical solutions for mid-market finance teams that remove the pain of manual expense management and accounts payable automation.

ProSpend chose ISH for its expertise in supporting founder-run SaaS businesses and a proven track record in spend management. The shared focus is clear: keep product attention exactly where customers want it, on control, visibility and time back for finance teams while adding hands-on support to scale responsibly. For existing ProSpend customers it remains business as usual: expect the same ProSpend platform, contracts, data residency, support channels and teams.
The acquisition also aligns ProSpend with ISH’s newly launched Fintech Track, which targets fragmentation across invoices, expenses, cards, approvals and policy control. The approach brings together specialist products and teams to create a more unified operating layer for finance, applying ISH’s proven, operator-led playbook to a category ProSpend knows well.

“Fintech is a natural next step for ISH. ProSpend solves real-world finance challenges with elegant, enterprise-ready software, and we see a clear path to rapid growth across our core markets,” said Adam Reynolds, Managing Partner at ISH.

“We’ll bring go-to-market support, capital and our operator network to help ProSpend land and expand in the UK and Europe, while keeping product focus exactly where customers want it: control, visibility and time back for finance teams.”

“Joining ISH gives us the platform and expertise to realise our next stage of growth,” said Sharon Nouh, Founder & CEO of ProSpend.
“We’ve always wanted ProSpend to be an Aussie-founded global company. With ISH’s backing, we can scale faster, strengthen compliance and security, and invest further in the product and our customers while staying true to the mission of helping finance teams take control of company spend.”Launched as expensemanager in 2015, Prospend has enabled over 1,000 customers including Nike, KFC, Baskin Robbins, Best&Less, Monash College, Forty Winks and Autism Spectrum to simplify and streamline company spend.
