Ashland Place Finance LLC (“Ashland Place”), a prominent platform in commercial aviation finance, welcomed Sarah Conway as Director, enhancing the firm’s global origination expertise and expanding its presence across Europe.
With more than 16 years of aviation finance experience, Ms. Conway brings deep expertise in aircraft leasing, structured lending, and relationship management to Ashland Place. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Aviation Finance at Hamburg Commercial Bank, where she led origination efforts across multiple markets. Prior to that, she held the role of Senior Vice President and Head of Lessor Origination, Pricing & Structuring at Deucalion Aviation Limited, focusing on transaction origination and developing strategic relationships with global lessors and banking partners.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Conway held senior aviation finance roles at MUFG Bank and DVB Bank SE in London, where she built a strong reputation for her technical expertise and client-driven approach. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) and actively contributes to several of the organization’s committees and initiatives.

Her appointment follows a period of strong strategic progress for Ashland Place. Earlier this week, the company announced the pricing of its second aviation loan asset-backed securitization, further solidifying its presence in structured finance. In the previous quarter, Ashland Place also completed its seventh financing facility for Flight Lease and executed a four-aircraft transaction in partnership with Fortress Investment Group and GOAL Aircraft Leasing.
