Guggenheim Expands Tech & Services Investment Banking

Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets arm of Guggenheim Partners, has welcomed three new senior hires to its London office as part of a broader expansion of its global technology and services investment banking practice in Europe. Dominic Emery, Phil Hare, and William Tridimas bring a wealth of experience and will focus on advising UK and European companies across the tech and services sectors.

Dominic Emery joins as a Senior Managing Director with over 20 years of experience in investment banking. Most recently a Partner and Managing Director at William Blair’s Global Technology Investment Banking group in London, Dom also held a leadership role at Raymond James. He holds an honors degree from Durham University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Phil Hare and William Tridimas both come on board as Managing Directors, also from William Blair’s technology and services team in London. Phil has a background that includes roles at Rothschild, HSBC, and Simmons & Company. He’s a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of Aberdeen. Will brings solid experience from his previous roles at Raymond James and Houlihan Lokey. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University College London and a master’s from the University of Cambridge, combining strong academic credentials with hands-on industry insight.
