The new office, located in International Tech Park and double the size of the company’s previous facility, will serve as a regional innovation hub for more than 200 Candescent team members. This team has been instrumental in developing Candescent’s next generation user experience, a transformation that has delivered an elegant, modern design backed by flexible, extensible architecture and data-driven insights that allow banks and credit unions to deeply customize the digital banking experience and seamlessly integrate third-party fintech partners.

“Our dynamic, dedicated team in Bangalore has been critical in bringing the development of our next generation user experience to life, which goes far beyond aesthetics. This new foundation enables us to better support financial institutions in their efforts to differentiate, grow and future-proof their organizations,” explained Gareth Gaston, Chief Product Officer, Candescent. “I look forward to adding even more skillsets to the Bangalore team, including designers, product managers and agilists. These roles, when combined with engineers, will create empowered teams that own products end-to-end, further unlocking our employees’ tremendous talent.”
